Each customer has a fixed contact person who takes over and coordinates the preparation and organisation of the training courses and is available to you throughout the entire training.
After a detailed consultation, we put together the course groups on the basis of a grading and needs analysis, select the specialist trainers and coordinate the course dates with you. A close exchange of information between FOKUS and the customer enables a continuous overview of the course progress, training progress and quality assurance measures. In regular feedback meetings we take up suggestions and wishes for the training.
At the end of the training, a certificate documents the learning progress achieved. In our course management system all documents concerning internal and administrative processes are stored and can be accessed at any time via an individual login.

By certifying the headquarters of FOKUS Sprachen & Seminare GmbH according to ISO 9001: 2015, we document our quality awareness towards clients, training participants, trainers and employees. In addition, the certification according to ISO 9001: 2015 enables us to constantly and sustainably scrutinize ourselves and thus constantly improve our services.
telc
Most FOKUS Language & Seminar locations are licensed examination centres for telc examinations. We offer interested parties the opportunity to take a telc-examination ...to put it down. These widely recognised examinations open new doors for exam candidates in their careers, studies and everyday life! There are currently over 70 different TELC examinations for nine languages (English, German, Spanish, FrenchTurkish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Czech) The examinations are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), divided into 6 levels from A1 to C2.
