Is it possible to conduct corporate language courses live online?
Almost all our language training can be conducted fully online in virtual meeting rooms.
On request we will use your preferred virtual meeting platform. You will save time needed for system integration and your employees will have a head start using a familiar system. Whether you book individual training, group courses or language coaching, our online training solutions are flexible, interactive and in line with what your employees need to learn to be effective on the job.
How is the language level of the participants assessed?
Our placement tests are quick and precise. A combination of online tests and optional assessment interviews establishes the current level, job requirements and target level and skills of participants.
This extensive analysis is the basis for training concepts which deliver results, with customized courses supporting sustained success.
Which criteria are used to select trainers for corporate courses?
We place a special emphasis on the individual selection of language trainers.
Depending on the needs and goals of the participants, the experience, pedagogical skills, branch-specific knowledge and cultural background of the trainer come into play in selecting the right person for each course. In addition, we consider other individual factors which make a trainer the best fit: their ability to motivate, their flexibility and their responsiveness to their participants’ needs.
