Best Practice Counts
As a FOKUS company customer you will have a dedicated language manager who will take care of you every step of the way, through the preparation, organization and delivery of your training programme.
After your first consultation, we present a concept for training detailing our recommendations for organizing your workforce into compatible groups based on our level assessments and needs analyses. We suggest a format, select materials, allocate the best possible trainer and co-ordinate course dates. We will stay in regular contact, providing you with transparent reporting in the form of interim reports, quality feedbacks and an overview of your progress towards the agreed-upon course goals. Your needs and wishes, together with your continual feedback will be integrated into the course as they arise.
At the end of the training FOKUS issue reports summarizing course goals, content and achievements, with individual certificates for all active participants. All course documentation is stored for easy access by the FOKUS team in our course management system, which you can access at any time with your individual log-in.

Most FOKUS locations are licensed examination centres for telc, The European Language Certificates. All ' telc'certificates are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and are internationally recognized – they open doors to study and careers in many countries! There are currently over 70 different exams across 5 levels from A1 to C1 in 9 European languages (English, German, Spanish, French,Turkish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Czech).
